FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUTS


If you have received damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of when you received the items by emailing our customer support team at hello@touchebrand.com

We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. 

 

60 NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL

Within 60 days of purchase if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your Touché  product let us know and we'll arrange for your order to be picked up and your order refunded (excl. international shipping costs for return).

The details:

  • Please return your bedding in good condition and if possible in the original packaging. 
  • Only one bedding return or exchange within a 60 night period per household.
  • Further purchases can only be returned if they are unused, unwashed and in the original packaging - within 30 nights.

FREE AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

Touché offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days on your first purchase of pillowcases and sheets.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

  • Email hello@touchebrand.com stating your name, order number (on your  order email) and reason for your return.
  • Touché will email you a prepaid return label that you can print at home.
  • Try to use the original packaging if possible, removing old labels.
  • Let us know a suitable date for your package to be picked up from your address (you do not need to be home) and we will arrange a courier to collect it

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Touché offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days on your first purchase of pillowcases and sheets.

You will need to cover the cost of returning your item from any country outside of Australia.
