Discover a new level of sleep satisfaction with our 60-Night Sleep Trial. We want you to feel confident and at ease when trying our bedding, which is why we offer this extended trial period. Here's how it works:
- Test it out: Once you receive your bedding, you have a generous 60 nights to experience its exceptional comfort and quality. We encourage you to sleep, snuggle, and unwind to truly appreciate its benefits.
- Take your time: We understand that it takes time to adjust to new bedding. We recommend trying our products for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adapt and fully experience the benefits they offer.
- Not the perfect fit? If, within the 60-night trial period, you find that our bedding isn't meeting your expectations, simply reach out to our dedicated customer support team at hello@touchebrand.com and they will guide you through the easy return process.
- Hassle-free returns: Returning your bedding is a breeze. We'll provide you with clear instructions and a prepaid return label (Domestic Orders only) to ensure a smooth and convenient return experience. Customers outside Australia will be responsible for their own return shipping.
- One return per household: To ensure fairness, each household is eligible for one bedding return within the 60-night period. This policy allows all our customers to explore our products with peace of mind.
Free Australian Returns:
For customers within Australia, we offer free returns within 60 days of your first purchase. To return your items, please follow these steps:
- Email hello@touchebrand.com, providing your name, order number (found on your order email), and the reason for your return including any photos if relevant.
- Once your return is reviewed and approved, our team will email you a prepaid return label that you can conveniently print at home.
- Please ensure that you package your return using the original packaging, if available, and kindly remove any previous labels from the outer shipping box. Once securely packaged, you can conveniently drop off your parcel at your local Post Office.
- Once we receive your parcel, we will contact you and process your refund within 72 business hours. Please allow 3-4 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
International Returns:
Please note we currently do not offer exchanges or returns for international customers due to change of mind. However, we will provide a refund for faulty products or orders valid for our 60-night sleep trial. Please contact our customer service department first at hello@touchebrand.com. We will require photographic evidence of the fault before finalising the refund. The transaction will be processed via the original payment method, provided that all refund policy conditions are met.
For 60-night sleep trial returns and returns due to product faults, please follow the below steps:

Exchange Policy:
If you are unhappy with the size or colour of your order, we accept product exchanges within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for an exchange, the products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please send an email to hello@touchebrand.com
Certain items are excluded from return or exchange. Please note the following:
- E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
A change of mind, such as a change of colour, style, or size, does not qualify for a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges due to a fault with the item are not considered a change of mind.
