Free Australian Returns: We offer free returns within 60 days of your first purchase for customers in Australia. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us at with your name, order number, and the reason for the return, including photos if applicable. We’ll provide a prepaid return label upon approval. Refunds are processed within 72 business hours upon receipt of the returned item, with funds returned to your account within 3-4 business days.

International Returns: We regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to change of mind. For faulty products, contact us with details and photographic evidence of the fault. Refunds are issued following the same process as for Australian returns, but please note the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

Sale Items: Please note, sale items are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless a product fault is evident. This policy is in place because sale items are often discontinued, overstocked, or end-of-line products, making it challenging to offer replacements or exchanges. If a sale item is deemed faulty, we will certainly honour a refund.

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, and a change of mind does not qualify for a return or exchange.
