Australian Returns: We provide a hassle-free return process within 60 days of your initial purchase for all customers in Australia. If your Touché product doesn't meet your expectations, please email us at hello@touchebrand.com with your full name, order number, and detailed reason for the return, attaching any relevant photos. Upon approval, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Use the original packaging for the return, making sure to remove any old shipping labels. We'll process your refund promptly within 72 business hours of receiving the returned items, and you should see the funds in your account within 3-4 business days.

International Returns: For our international Touché family, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Although we do not offer returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, we are fully committed to refunding any faulty products. Please email us with your concerns and include photographic evidence of any faults. We will take you through the process step-by-step and provide a prepaid return label if your return is approved. Note that the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for international customers are processed within 72 business hours after we receive the returned goods, with the transaction being made through the original payment method.

Exchange Policy: If your product isn't quite right in terms of size or colour, we accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. Start the exchange process by contacting our customer service team.

Policy on Sale Items: Our sale items are specially priced, making them exempt from our standard return and exchange policy. This is because such items are typically the last stock, unique promotions, or limited editions, which means they are not eligible for refund or exchange unless a product fault is identified. In the event of a defect, we ensure a fair refund process. We encourage our customers to carefully consider sale purchases, as these are final unless proven faulty.

E-Gift Cards: Please be aware that E-Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased.
