If you have received damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of when you received the items by emailing our customer support team at hello@touchebrand.com
We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

Are you unhappy with the size or colour of your order? We accept product exchanges within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for an exchange the products must be returned unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. To initiate a return please send an email to hello@touchebrand.com
